Vaxsafe® RISVaxsafe® RIS is a high titred Marek's Type 1 live cell associated vaccine being produced by Bioproperties in Australia to meet the demand in the Australian poultry industry for an effective vaccine to control virulent MDV disease outbreaks in layers and breeders. Vaxsafe® RIS induces immunity to Marek's disease and reduces the incidence of T-cell transformation. Administered via sub-cutaneous injection, Vaxsafe® RIS was first registered in 1998.
